Just wanted to highlight how amazing the staff were especially Lucie and Chloe (I hope I remembered their names correctly) at our visit today. My son is very busy and active and I ran around with him and then the girls offered to play tag and I was able to just sit. Granted the place was quiet and this could not be facilitated always (and they are not baby sitters haha) but honestly it made my day I could do a little life admin on the side and could see that he was safe, entertained and enjoying. Thank you!

Ninja Warrior Cardiff: Where Fun Meets Filth Welcome to Ninja Warrior Cardiff, the only place where dodging germs is part of the obstacle course! If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to traverse a health hazard, look no further. First off, let’s talk about the atmosphere. It’s not every day you get to experience a thrilling adventure mixed with the subtle odor of questionable hygiene. The excitement hits you as soon as you walk in—oh wait, that's just the smell. And the cafe? It’s like entering a culinary version of the Twilight Zone. You might as well pack a picnic, because eating in there is a gamble—one that doesn’t even come with a prize. Then there’s the staffing. For the swarm of energetic kids bouncing off every surface, you’d expect to see an army of employees to maintain some semblance of order, but no. There was one lone soul on watch—maybe they were a contestant who took on the “ninja” challenge a bit too literally. Good luck getting any help; you might have better odds summoning a genie. And the closed-off areas? It’s like they’re catering to VIPs who really enjoy the view of abandonment. Instead of exciting surprises, it's just a reminder of what could have been if cleanliness were a priority. So, if you’re looking for a fun day out with the family, maybe consider a good old-fashioned park instead. At least there, the only thing you’ll need to dodge is the occasional squirrel. Ninja Warrior Cardiff, you’ve got potential, but you might want to start with some disinfectant before you master the art of fun!

Honestly the rudest staff I've ever encountered, in particular an older lady with pink hair. After speaking to paying customers like absolute dirt she then stood just outside the door with another staff member smoking cigarettes on the entrance ramp to the venue. Won't be bringing my children here again. Unsurprising to find that the same woman has been highlighted by several other reviewers!!!

I paid for 3 children and my husband (to supervise the younger kids) I was informed on arrival by an older woman with pink hair and a walking stick, that my husband wouldn’t be able to use the equipment because he had sliders on, I told her that he wasn’t planning to play on the equipment, only to walk along with my daughter to catch her if she falls, so that was agreed and they gave him a wristband. The first circuit around was good, then they decided to do the inflatable section, the girl working there told him he had to wear grip socks despite others not wearing them, that was fine I bought him socks. They decided to go back to the climbing section and the same girl followed them across she told my husband he couldn’t go on the equipment in sliders. We explained that reception (lady with pink hair) is aware and agreed that he could supervise. She got the lady with pink hair who then changed her mind and said he couldn’t go on. We asked why it was okay the first time but not now - she even had a go because he rested his foot on a the ramp when my daughter was running up the wall, because he can’t use the equipment in sliders!! then rang the police because we wouldn’t leave! She said staff are on hand to help children despite no staff in sight and a sign saying they can’t help physically. The police came, utterly embarrassed, they agreed with us and left! We stayed until our allotted time out of principle but we will never go back. I have added a video of ‘all the staff on hand to help’, they wear bright red t-shirts.
