First time with my 8 and 10 year old boys and we had a blast. Joel was really professional and made it a great experience. Highly recommend!!
Amazing experience. My son and his friends had an incredible time. Louie and the other members were very nice snd helpful. Definitely going to make this a regularly weekend adventure.
Absolutely awful. Went there for my sons party and some of the staff were amazing like Spencer and a young lady however another man he had an L name Louie he was rude, on his phone, ignoring to help, and kept putting something in his mouth and seemed to be withdrawing from something. Is not worth the money.
I been coming to this location since driven raceway, K1 Speed and now Nitro City Racing. The staff members are hardworking and really nice people to talk to. I been offered by one of the old mechanics to get posted on the website and they were really nice pictures. A lot of these 1-3 star reviews are complete lies. These other reviews say the workers aren’t hardworking or dedicated people, but it’s people like them who give them a hard time and make there job 2x worse then it has to be, especially when it’s on a busy day when they try to get stuff done fast and not rush stuff. But the Rohnert park location needs to be invested in more then the Fairfield one, The Rohnert park location doesn’t even have a league night, when there is faster people here then in Fairfield. But overall love the Rohnert park location.
Worst experience . Paid $600 For a birthday party , showed up a 1/2 early like they said , got there they said the party room is over there you can go set up . Didn’t walk us over there didn’t offer to help set up nothing . Then he hands me pizzas 30 min before the party even started . Ordered drinks , asked for them he said you have to go to the cafe to go get them which is on the complete opposite side of the party so I’m still trying to set up and have to go all the way over there to go get soda then the girl said if you need anything else come back to the café why am I gonna walk all the way to the café when I should be with the guest . You would think for $600. They would come over and check on you this evening if you need anything not at any point did anyone come into the party room to see if we needed anything? We had to go ask for the arcade cards we had to go ask for the kids riding masks. Completely crazy if you ask me . I’ve done $200 birthdays and had better service than this . Never again
