Great friendly service! It took less than a day to get my ring sized up 2 sizes. I got turned down by about 5 places because I didn’t buy it from them. It was my Gandmothers ring so I have no idea where she got it as she is passed. Other places said no as well because it had been sized before. But they said no problem and helped me no questions.

My daughter wanted a name plate in gold. I want to tell you that N&M went beyond just to make my daughter HAPPY. They made her name plate by hand, but it wasn't exactly what she wanted. So the company went and bought a name plate machine just for my daughter so she was satisfied with her purchase. How many companies do that? Not many. Nasim went out of his way to even make sure Lluvia's chain was the exact length she wanted. He even resized her rings for her because it was a tad too big. Nasim was very professional and kind to me and my daughter. Thank you!! ❤️
