We have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with the Noble team, from the very beginning of planning all the way through our wedding day. They immediately made us feel cared for and confident that everything would be perfect. The planning process was seamless; they were organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in getting every detail just right. We didn't just feel like another couple; the team made us feel so special and went out of their way to make sure everything was going to be done in the best way possible. On the day of our wedding, their service went above and beyond our expectations. The team was professional, thoughtful, and completely on top of everything, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our day. And we’re still getting endless compliments about the food! The beef tenderloin was especially a huge hit. Every dish was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We are so grateful to the entire Noble team for making our celebration unforgettable, and we would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a caterer. We are forever grateful for Stephanie; she was an absolute joy to work with and made the whole process so easy.

We approached Noble several months ago to begin planning for our wedding. We started working with Colleen, who invited us to a tasting. We were able to get a great sense of not only what Noble could do culinarily, but also their unique presentation. We started working with Kodi to get all the details set. A few weeks of decision making, changing our minds, and figuring out our best options - and the team absolutely came through. The food was delicious, amazing presentation, and the staff was friendly and attentive - but not overbearing. The entire team was a dream to work with. We highly recommend Noble for your special event. They are the BEST!

We used Noble Catering for our wedding at St. James 1868. While the staff was polite and professional, the overall food and service experience unfortunately didn’t meet expectations. The chicken was dry, several dishes were served cold, and tables weren’t served in the correct order, which disrupted the flow of dinner. During speeches, the team removed the cake, which should have happened after the cake cutting — it created an awkward distraction at an important moment. There were also issues with the coffee service, and the late-night pizza option was disappointing in quality and taste. I’d recommend to avoid. After the wedding, we shared this feedback directly with Noble, and they did take the time to acknowledge the issues and listen to our experience, which I appreciated. Hopefully this helps them make improvements for future events. While we were grateful for their effort and professionalism, I’d recommend being very clear about timing, service order, and quality expectations if you choose to work with them.

Nobel Catering was absolutely incredible! The food not only tasted amazing but was beautifully presented. Everything looked so elegant and well put together. The entire process went so smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food stations and how there was something for everyone. The variety truly pleased all tastes and dietary needs, which made everyone happy. A special shoutout to Stephanie: she was so friendly and personable, and truly talked to me like a friend. She was there every step of the way and made the whole process stress-free and fun. Her support and attention made all the difference, and she was absolutely awesome to work with. If you’re looking for a caterer that combines delicious food, gorgeous presentation, and genuine, caring service, I can’t recommend Nobel Catering enough. They helped make our wedding day unforgettable!
