Happened to just Google "coffee roasters" on my way back to FW from Rockwall and this place popped up. Im glad I decided to make the stop. The shop was small and cozy, the barista friendly, and the coffee was awesome! I ordered a double Espresso, a Peruvian and a Cappuccino with some vanilla syrup, and both were made with care.
☕️1 BEAN : A very good espresso with impressive consistency. The chocolate notes are deep and steady from the first sip to the finish, supported by a well executed dark roast profile. The aftertaste shifts into something bright and calming, almost like green tea, which gives the shot a surprising refinement. A clear 1 Bean experience. Clarity, balance, and craft.
stopped in today (saturday) around noon for a pastry and chai latte. I didn't catch the server's name but she was sweet and quick with my order. I had the most delicious almond and chocolate pastry (idk what exactly it is but it's my new fav) and a simple yet yummy chai latte. Will be back again!
Cute place! Smelled great while they roasted their own coffee. My cappuccino was delicious, smooth espresso.
Excellent little coffee shop in Dallas! Really enjoyed their cold brew. The service was very friendly. If I lived here, this would be my go to Sunday reading spot! Were they open in Sundays that is. Haha Make sure to stop in and give them a shot!
