Great local destination for all things pet. I hate to write negative reviews, but this is my 3rd experience with a rude employee and I will not come back. After boycotting for 6 months, I thought I would try again to buy supplies for doggie gift bags. I walked in and said: Hi how are you hoping things would be diffrent , but she looked at me and smirked and said nothing. I'm not asking for a new BFF but just common decency from one neighboor to another. The last time, she made up a 25$ price for a small bone. I wish the owner all the best.
Convenient stop that offers a great variety of treats and goodies for my pups. Staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions regarding the different treat options.
Great little shop but had a larger variety in 2024. A little disappointing but still got plenty of treats for the pups!
Couldn’t imagine a better neighborhood business! Paula, Josh, Mo and the whole team are warm, welcoming and generally wonderful. They have an excellent selection of high quality toys and treats. My pup is a big fan of their No Hide and Whimzees chews in particular! Also, it’s summer, so don’t forget to check the freezer for the cutest doggie ice creams!
My favorite pet store in San Francisco! Everything at Noe Valley Pet shop is high quality and is adored by my cat. I appreciate their curation of items especially around the holidays. This pumpkin hut changed my life it's so stinking cute!
