Mel and her Team catered our 80's post wedding party back in May 2025. Her and her team really took the time to understand our vibe and what we were looking for. They also even did a great job at thinking of ideas that match our theme. Their food was delicious and we did not have any problems or complaints all night! They served nearly 300 workers in under two hours, and everyone was thrilled with both the quality of the food and the generous portions. I have worked with this catering company on numerous events, and they are always a crowd pleaser. Their food presentation is exceptional, and everything tastes as good as it looks. They are very adaptable and can pivot their menu to suit a wide range of events and demographics. The staff consistently delivers outstanding customer service, making every event seamless and enjoyable. Their team always arrives prepared, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Easy to work with leading up to the event.

If you’re planning a wedding or any large event, do yourself a favour and book someone else. While the food itself was good, this caterer was wildly unreliable and stressful to deal with. After the initial booking, communication completely collapsed — weeks and months of unanswered emails and calls, cancelled or relocated tastings, and constant follow-ups just to get basic answers. Despite originally agreeing to two food trucks, I was told one month before my wedding that they would only be providing one truck for 150 guests. This change only came to light because I chased them down. Even after the wedding, the chaos continued: my payment never properly went through, and once again it took months of follow-ups to resolve due to their “POS issues.” Good food does not make up for poor communication, last-minute changes, and ongoing disorganization. No bride should have to manage their caterer this closely. I would never recommend this business for a wedding or large event.

We threw a 70 person baby shower at Collective Art's event space this past weekend and it was such a fantastic venue, and having Mel and her team as the in-house caterers was a true highlight! The food! So incredible! Mel and her staff provided the perfect spread of delicious food that included something for everyone (our guests RAVED about it the entire time!) and she was a joy to work with. Having in-house catering at Collective made everything SO efficient and easy to plan, especially because Mel and Stuart, Collective's events manager, work extremely well together. I highly recommend hiring them for your next event!!
