As always, we were highly impressed with Martin and his team at Presto Catering who we used for a recent event. The communication was great leading up to the event and the staff were very professional on the day of. They served a great selection of food and refreshments to the over 500 guests that attended. Martin catered a luncheon after both my father-in-law's funeral and daughter's wedding mass. Both times, the service and food were outstanding. Martin was so accommodating, and there was plenty of food for everyone who attended with lots of leftovers.

Martin and the North Shore Party Rentals team went above-and-beyond when we were planning an event. Their dedication and hard work saved my event. They were quick to respond with my initial request for a quote on a quick turnaround. Even after our initial communication, Martin was very adaptable when plans had to change and he helped us out so many times during our event. We spoke several times and when he realized we were still in a bit of a bad spot he stepped up by offering extras (dollies, drop-off, and dishes return during a time they are not usually open). I don't think people should plan to draw on this goodwill - everyone deserves time off - but when it was needed they stepped up again and again. It was obvious they cared about us. This is the kind of customers service and responsiveness that a is hard to find anywhere. The rest of the team were great too. Hands down, I would work with them again on any event.
