Had my ABS pump replaced and a small service done recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Aaron and the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish — always friendly, professional, and kept me fully updated throughout the whole process. I've used this place twice and both times they were very friendly. However, from my experience I would advise caution with taking one's car there for a pink slip. Last year, when I picked up our car, they had changed the windscreen wiper and therefore charged me for it. Even though it was something I would have given them the go ahead to change, I felt they should have informed me first before going ahead. This year, they did call to check first and advised all the tyres needed changing. As the car had only been serviced 3 months prior, I called the authorised service centre where I service the car to get a second opinion. They checked their records and told me to bring the car to them for the pink slip. Obviously I didn't get a pink slip from NS Auto but had to pay them for it. When the service centre finished their pink slip check for me, the car passed with no additional expense. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here again but now know I can take the car to the dealership service centre instead.
Excellent service run and delivered by excellent people. Have been going here for 10+ years for ongoing care of a 20+ year old vehicle that legitimatly runs better now than when I bought it. I would recommend North Sydney Auto thoroughly, the team is always patient and goes the extra mile no matter how time consuming or complex my issue. I'm always kept in the loop while my vehicle is with them, and the genuine personal touch is always what has, and will continue, to keep me coming back.
