I attended the paint and sip at winterhaus on fountain square. Such a fun and upbeat event. James kept the energy high with fun music. He encouraged people to meet and interact. I ran into friends as well as met new people. Will definitely do it again.

Honestly, leaving a five star review seems misleading... because these folks deserve a minimum of ten stars. Not Your Average Paint & Sip was a BLAST! I've already recommended them to everyone and anyone and I don't even live in OH. My partner and I were traveling from NC for a concert and I wanted to book a local something that wasn't a normal touristy activity. Well ya'll, I knocked it out of the park with Not Your Average Paint & Sip. We're already planning a trip back to Cincinnati after the new year and will 100% be including a NYAPAS event on the itinerary.

I do not remember the last time I had this much fun. James' classes are for literally everyone...no art experience or art enthusiasm required. You get trivia, complimentary drinks that go beyond complimentary, the best vibes, and a cool, eclectic, non-judgmental atmosphere. His concern is that you have fun - whatever form that may take. I cannot wait to return!!!

can’t recommend James Reynolds’ Not Your Average “Paint and Sip” Class enough! We were lucky enough to attend with Morgan New Dey after she won a gift card and it was soooo much fun. Trivia was exciting, painting options were limitless and doable, and most of all, it was inviting to all levels of talent. The complimentary drinks were an added bonus, and delicious, of course. We went in expecting a sort of paint-by-numbers ordeal and left much very happy with pieces we custom created with James’ encouragement and willingness to even make extra items like glitter, rhinestones, and glow in the dark paint available. If you’re looking for a gift for a creative person, or a mother’s day, or any sort of event, i really have to give flowers to this space. I can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing time taking a private class with James for my sister’s bachelorette party! She was able to choose an artist of interest and choose what artists she wanted to listen to during the class. The amount of time was just right, and the classroom was a really neat atmosphere. We loved it, highly recommend!!
