First time in NQ Wax Studio. I did classic lashes with Leah. I was so happy with the results. After having tried several lash studios in Manchester I can truthfully say that this is by far the best. Leah is an exceptional practitioner who listens and caters for the customers needs.
Been coming here a few times now and I have never been disappointed. I had my first appointment with Rebecca and then second time with Steph. Both are the sweetest ladies and they do everything to make you feel comfortable and make the whole experience pleasant. This is now my go-to waxing place and I'd definitely recommend! The hygiene, the staff are a 10/10. Thank you!
First time coming here. Had 'The Hollywood & Under arms' done by Steph. Let me just say the place is so clean I was really impressed. Steph was amazing. Made me feel at ease, did a good job. I will be seeing her again & thats my regular place moving forward. I would highly recommend NQ Wax Studio to anyone. Honestly its really good
I came here for the very first time yesterday and I can truthfully say the customer service was 10/10. Steph did my waxing and I’m so glad it was her, she was so kind and reassuring, so precise with it, and honestly the funniest person ever; had a lovely long chat with her and she made the whole experience so much easier. Would definitely recommend this place to absolutely everyone, they really do take care of their customers.
Was left with bumps all over my body after getting the wax done. Even though I explained that it was my first time getting a wax, I was given inadequate aftercare advice. The advice that I was given i did follow but still left with bumps and scarring over the areas I got the wax done, including my toes. At first I thought it was because I had just gotten it done but 2 months have passed and my legs are not smooth like they used to be with hair. Extremely disappointing as I spend a lot of time on my skin care and now it feels like my skin has been compromised by this *** Review update *** Since making my initial review, NQ Wax Studio were quick to respond and rectify the issue. While I was very upset about the outcome, they truly went above and beyond to show me that they care about all their customers. They immediately called me to understand my experience and then dis everything they could to help - they provided me with a full refund as well as a free aftercare pack, which included a body scrub, lotion, exfoliator and in-grown hair spray. On top of this, they added credit to my account for a future session on them. I appreciate the efforts they have gone to to make the situation better and I will be using their aftercare products for the affected areas.
