I have a tire repair services 5 minutes from my house! I come to This location because of Glen and Patrick extremely friendly professional straight shooters and honest. I thought I had a fast leak in my back right tire however come to find out it was only a air valve stem that needed replacement. I was like oh that's great how much do I owe you he looked at me and said we're not going to charge you for that I was blown away! I will continue to come to this location even though it's 15 minutes away from my house because great service and integrity deserves the drive!!
Went in to get 4 new tires installed and when I went to pick the car up I noticed all 4 rims were scratched to some extent. Thankfully, I had overlays on the rims so the damages were easy to spot. It’s been a month going back and forth and no resolution on how they plan on fixing this. Spent close to 2k for the installments only to get my car back with damages. Terrible service and still no resolution in sight, would not recommend.
Came here for the first time after seeing a promotion online for an alignment. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning and got my car in and out within an hour and a half. The managers, Glen and Phil, were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!! I highly recommend and will definitely be back for future auto needs.
I asked them to check two tires and diagnose why they were leaking. I was told both were leaking too close to the sidewall or from the sidewall. Unfortunately, I let them replace one tire. The second tire I brought home and checked myself. It was leaking well over an inch from the edge, which means it can be plugged; however, they said it needed replacing. I plugged it myself and I am currently driving on it. After calling corporate and questioning the shop manager their next excuse was my tread was bad, which is untrue (see pics). For my first tire they said a nail was in the sidewall. I went back and got the tire. Guess what, no nail in the sidewall. Their next excuse was that the two nails in the tread were too close together. They are almost 3” apart (see pics). I would advise you to find another repair shop.
I needed new tires and found a great deal online at NTB. Made an appointment for within the hour. After they started they alerted me of some other problems that really needed to be addressed. I wanted to get the work done but was really concerned about the costs. Phil was assisting me and after reviewing options, he got me a great deal on the tires and additional work/labour without breaking the budget. I rarely write reviews, but this shop and Phil was great to work with to find the best deals and get the work done. Much appreciated!
