Failed state inspection and needed a rapid tire replacement. Michael made it happen that same day within a couple of hours. He went above and beyond in accommodating me both on quality of service and reasonable price. Highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Took my wifes Sequoia in for tires, inspection, oil change, rear pads and more. Bobby at the front desk was very professional and advised me that they could help me with everything, plus get my wifes vehicle back in the same day. We left it there and within hours, Michael called me with some updates. All five of the tpms sensors were dead (well, the spare was at 1%). Michael and his crew were able to help us out with providing fair pricing and honoring other discounts. Everyone I met there seemed happy and said that we want you, the customer, to leave here happy. Thank you to the good people at this NTB and thank you NTB for providing certain discounts.
Michael and Bobby at NTB in Chesapeake,VA were fantastic. I never let anyone work on my vehicles except me, however I don’t have the equipment to perform an alignment. They matched the price of the AAA shop down the street and I was in-n-out in an hour. I closely inspected the work and was satisfied.
We made an appointment online for oil change and tire rotation the evening before the appointment. The morning of, I called the store to ask if a state inspection could be added and they were able to accommodate us. The truck needed two new tires and the staff went above and beyond to get the tires same day and also stayed late to do an alignment and complete the job. Thank you Bobby and the mechanics for excellent service.
