This escape room was overall really fun and exciting. Me and my friends had gone and done the superhero’s one in which we beat it in 30 minutes and got the top record there! Our host was super nice all the time and always had a smile.

We went to the Empire City Heroes room and came for our 12 pm game. We were told that the room was having some technical issues so we started our room late. Once we got in the room we were informed that there was still a technical issue causing the door to be not working either. When we started the room we had a couple issues with the timer not working and the worker had to come in and fix it and then a separate time where a part of the room was accessible and the worker had to come in again to tell us not to access that room as it wasnt intended to be unlocked. The room just seemed like it had a lot of technical issues and wasn’t ready to actually be played. The workers were nice but I’d have preferred to be given another option to do a different room if the room we were going in was going to have technical issues. I felt like the room immersion was ruined with all the in and out from the workers, especially at the price point of 40 dollars a person, I had higher expectations especially since their other room we’ve played before was great. Bummer.

We had an absolute blast at NTER Plano! The rooms are incredibly well designed, immersive, and the perfect balance of challenging and fun. We did Killer Camp and are proud to say we were the first group to ever escape it, which made the experience even more unforgettable. What truly made the night exceptional was our game master, Bailey. She was AMAZING, friendly, engaging, and perfectly attentive without giving too much away. Bailey set the tone from the start, kept the energy high, and made the entire experience smooth and exciting. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows. Highly recommend NTER Plano. If you get Bailey as your game master, you’re in for an incredible experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Bailey was a great game master! The killer campground room was a good level of scary, a good atmosphere without being too much. We had a lot of fun and will be back!

Incredible experience! We took a troop of 12 year old Girl Scouts and they had an incredible time! Challenging and so much fun!
