I have been coming regularly with my wife for a couple of months now. I agree with the other reviewers that coaches are all genuine, knowledgeable and always encouraging. The workouts have a high variety so it is never the same routine twice and they make it enjoyable. I just completed a special Sunday series focusing on barbell back squats. Not something I ever imagined I would do but the community is super motivating and I really enjoyed it.
O2 makes workouts super fun! Been going for a couple years and it never gets old. Challenging & tough but easy to modify. I’m in the best shape thanks to their program. Every coach brings their unique style and all are friendly and encouraging. They also offer weekend events—yoga, boxing, Hyrox, weekend warriors, etc. Love the community and welcoming vibe! Big shoutout to Coach Derrick! He’s an amazing private youth basketball trainer. Took my daughter from fundamental to a dynamic AAU guard. He listens to parent feedback, creates targeted drills, even uses video clips we send to level her up. Not only does he cover skills, but incorporates strength/conditioning for overall athleticism.
This is the best fitness class I've attended in the Bay Area! Over six months, I noticed significant improvements in my health and fitness. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging (but they definitely make you work hard!).
I find that O2 is really offering something great, different, and accessible for folks compared to most other options in the area. I’m really impressed with this team and the thoughtfulness they put into their routines and instruction. They bring great attitudes to the gym floor and are really there to guide and motivate you. Each of the instructors seems fully invested in the business and I feel they all share the goal of client success in an authentic way. O2, you’re doing it right!!
Best boot camp in Bay Area ! Love the instructors/trainers. They are so motivating and cheer you up with so much energy throughout the workout . I try to come here at least once per week since I feel great after workout here.
