Dr. Jackie and the team at Oak City Chiropractic are excellent. The office itself is clean and welcoming, and the office staff makes scheduling appointments and other paperwork straightforward and easy (often times, you can just shoot them an email for rescheduling or any other questions, and they respond quickly and kindly). The chiropractic sessions feel safe and thorough, and communication is open and clear throughout. I look forward to continuing my care here!
I’ve been to several different chiropractors over the years due to moving states frequently, and Dr. Jackie is absolutely the best! It feels like she truly listens to you and I saw real improvement in my sciatica after just one visit. I was able to return to work quickly and after a month of treatment I’m totally pain free. I appreciate their being up front with costs and what treatment looks like, and everyone in the office is very kind!
I can honestly say Oak City is the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to (and I’ve gone to numerous since childhood)! I’ve seen Dr. Cheyne at Oak City for the past 6 years since moving to the area and he has helped me through numerous acute and chronic injuries. He is knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, and always a pleasure to work with! I leave feeling so much better every time. The whole OC team is honestly great—they make scheduling easy and are always welcoming and kind. I appreciate Oak City’s approach to chiropractic medicine—focusing on the whole musculoskeletal system. I had never had active release therapy (ART) and I’m so grateful to have access to this through OC. Also, despite living 40 minutes away from OC, I happily make the drive whenever I need an adjustment—it is so worth it!
Dr. Jackie is one of the most professional & efficient chiropractors I have gone to. Not only that, she asks the right questions and actually listens! She is very strong, yet quick & gentle in her adjustments. I don't walk away hurting or feeling like the job wasn't done. I am impressed with not only how she takes care of my fitness-focused, middle age body, but also how she handles my teenagers. We are all impressed. BTW, we travel an hour to see her. That's how good she is! 5 star. Highly recommend.
We've had such a great experience with Dr. Jackie—her level of care truly goes above and beyond anything we've encountered at other chiropractors. She treats me, my husband, and our 2.5-year-old son, and always takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to make sure each of us is healing and feeling our best. It's so convenient that we can come as a family while treated one at a time. Her office is also incredibly kid-friendly, with great toys and books that help keep our son happy and occupied. Dr. Jackie is not only detail-oriented and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and caring. We highly recommend her!
