I came here for a same-day waxing appointment since I couldn’t go to my usual sugaring studio. The staff were very nice and chatty, and the clinic itself is clean, pretty, and welcoming. The aesthetician was friendly, and the service went fine overall, aside from a few missed hairs. My main concern was hygiene. Toward the end of the service, I noticed the same stick being dipped back into the wax pot multiple times. I was one of the last clients of the day, which made this especially concerning, given that the wax was used on sensitive areas. The wax used also caused a bad reaction, the area was very painful (which is extremely unusual for me), and my skin became very irritated and itchy almost immediately. This lasted about a week. The price was $35 plus tax, which is fair, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. Edit: The owner of the studio reached out to me personally and took the review very seriously. She was genuinely concerned about the situation, assured me that action would be taken to ensure this never happens again, and even offered a refund. It’s not often that you see a business owner care this much and I appreciate the extra steps she took.

I’ve been coming here for over two years for facials, eyebrow threading, Brazilian laser, microneedling, and more, and I truly cannot recommend this place enough. Sonika is incredible. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable and confident, and she genuinely knows skin. Every treatment feels personalized and intentional. I started microneedling last year, and the transformation in my skin has been night and day. I had sun spots, discolouration, and uneven texture, and after multiple sessions my skin is now clearer, smoother, and more even than it’s ever been. I constantly get compliments on my skin. I owe it all to Sonika’s expertise. I have zero regrets on any of my treatments and would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Everyone is so kind and always smiling. Their new location is stunning spotless, modern, and so aesthetic. If you’re looking for real results, not just a “nice facial,” this is the place!

I’ve completed 4 out of my 8 full-body laser hair removal sessions, and I’m already seeing amazing results! My hair is noticeably thinner, softer, and growing back much slower. The treatments have been quick, comfortable, and the staff has been super friendly and professional 🙌 I’m really super super happy with the progress so far and excited to finish the remaining sessions! 😊
