What I really like about Julian is at the end of the visit, he provides an update on the rat traps, I.e., number of disks he needed to fill and how many traps were full. Chris, does excellent work. Not only is he prompt, efficient and on time , he is also very polite and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for any type of job he does . on our last encounter , Chris made us very comfortable and explained step by step how the process works and what he was going to be doing . We felt very comfortable with him being alone in our house. He followed all instructions we had for him. Even after he was done , he didn’t mind me calling and texting him when i had questions.
