As someone who lives in Atlanta and works in events, I collaborate with florists constantly. From large-scale productions to small, intimate dinners and activations, and I can say without hesitation that Old Frond is not only the best florist in North Alabama, but the best florist I have ever worked with, period. From the very beginning, the experience was thoughtful, seamless, and deeply creative. She has an incredible ability to truly listen, translate vision into florals that feel elevated and intentional, and then execute it all flawlessly. The designs were stunning — artful, organic, and perfectly balanced — but what truly sets Anna apart is her professionalism, calm presence, and meticulous attention to detail. On a wedding day, having vendors you trust completely is everything, and she exceeded every expectation. I felt confident, supported, and honestly blown away by the final result. Guests are still talking about the flowers. If you’re looking for a florist who is wildly talented, incredibly reliable, and an absolute joy to work with, Old Frond is unmatched. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, both professionally and personally.
Anna is truly an artist, and I am so incredibly thankful we had her for our wedding. We had our ceremony at our church, and then the cocktail hour and reception at our favorite restaurant. The reception space would’ve been a challenge for most people, but Anna expirtly utilized the space to arrange her flowers. She was able to manage to out a flower install above our bride and groom table that we didn’t know would be possible, and it honestly was the best creative design on! Those flowers are in some of our favorite photos and videos since we all danced under them. One thing that sets Anna apart is she listens to brides and planners- she met with us in person at our venue to plan our flower placements and coordinate schedules. If you are looking for a florist whose art looks like it came from a museum piece, then I highly highly recommend Anna ❤️
Whimsy and magic come to life!! Anna was wonderful at helping my vision for my wedding flowers flourish. She was so kind and helpful, with great tips on how to maximize the beauty of the space. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the arrangements were. Could not have been more happy! Thank you so much for making my dreams come true!!
If you're looking for a florist who will take your vision and absolutely blow it out of the water, look no further than Anna at Old Frond. We hired her for our daughter’s wedding, and I can honestly say this was next-level floral design. Every arrangement was bold, unique, and full of personality. The style was funky, fresh, and artistic. Guests were stopping in their tracks to admire the work, and even the father of the bride (not usually one to notice flowers!) was completely speechless. The care and effort behind it all was just as impressive. It was clear that countless hours went into planning, prepping, and installing every last detail. And it wasn’t just Anna, she had an incredible team of helpers who worked so hard to bring the vision to life, and it showed in every corner of the venue. From the big wow moments to the tiniest floral touches, it was flawless. I’ve never seen anything like it, and I can’t recommend Old Frond highly enough. You will be in awe.
5 stars aren't even enough to give to Anna and her team. She absolutely blew everyone away with her work. She somehow managed to take exactly what I had envisioned and make it 100x better than what I could have imagined. Not only is she extremely talented, she and her team were so incredibly kind. My planner raved about working with her. The highest compliment of all is that my dad, who knows nothing about wedding florals, has not stopped complimenting the flowers and how incredible they are. If you want wedding florals that will leave people speechless, you need to book Old Frond!!
