I called this company thinking since it was still a family owned company they would be truthful and honest. I had a leak in my kitchen and a stopped up toilet because my grandson put socks in the toilet. This company sent 2 people out to my home. The faucet in t he kitchen was fairly new and the water came out extremely slow and leaked...the plumber told me that it's possible that the person who installed it did not air out the line....for him to do that it would cost me $250. For the toilet he said there were two ways to remove the socks...the first way would cost $250...but if that did not work they had to remove the toilet it would cost me an additional $280. for a total over $800 dollars plus tax. I called another plumber who came over and immediately found the problem with the faucet in the kitchen.It was a very small piece inside the faucet that was broken...he was also able to remove the socks from the toilet buy just removing the toilet and snaked the pipe. In total it only cost me $200. plus tax! Thank God for honest people!
I’ve had 2 other plumbers come out over the years and they’ve been ok. I didn’t want to use the last company because of the last person that was sent out so I saw the good reviews for Olin and gave them a call. First off they were up front cost. Second when Jesus came out and looked at it he gave me a price and I could have cried. It was way less than I thought it was going to be. My pipe outside the pvc glue gave out the night before and I called them in the morning since I know where the shut off is. I explained what happened and what I broke trying to save the pipe to Jesus who let me know he could replace what I had with something more sturdy replacing the line with copper and eliminating this strange connection I had. I didn’t know the spigot outside requires a code adapter piece on there now. While I thought there was a possibility I could fix what I had I knew I’d screw something up and called a professional. It was a smart move. I can’t express how comforting and reassuring Jesus was. He was confident about what could be done. He was so professional and made my outside connection look great instead of this big upside down U pvc monstrosity that was outside previously. Olin Plumbing was a life saver and I plan on calling them in the future for what issues will pop up. I’ll have my fingers crossed for Jesus again, but I have a feeling he’s not the only awesome plumber at Olin!
Oh my goodness! What extraordinary service! I called Olin as my bathrooms were backing up and they sent Estevan out. He was so polite, helpful and he even called the previous plumber to see if there was a warranty on their work before he got started (he was trying to save me some money). Estevan found the problem and showed me what was wrong. He fixed the issue, cleaned up behind himself (I think that its cleaner than when he started, lol), and I paid the exact price that he quoted me earlier. I was so impressed with him. He even said that his company has integrity and that all of the employees want to do a good job. I love that! If anyone asks me for a recommendation for a good plumbing company, I will definitely recommend Olin (and hopefully you'll get Estevan, lol)
Two outstanding technicians, Anthony and Willi from Olin Plumbing Inc., came to my house to complete some plumbing work. I was pleased that I was able to secure an appointment for the same day. They performed excellent repairs on the taps connected to my washing machine. Moreover, they offered me an affordable price for their services, which made me feel that I was receiving great value for my money. Before going Anthony gifted me two beautifully designed Olin mugs. Thank you for your excellent service and the mugs!
Our tankless water heater gave us the cold shoulder, but Olin Plumbings, Jesus, turned up the heat! Fast, friendly, and so good at what he does. I’m back to steaming showers and living my best life. If you need plumbing done right, this is your person! Highly recommend!
