We've used Olsen at work and for our home over the years, and they are simply the best. They are professional, knowledgeable and have above board integrity. We've worked with multiple departments - HVAC, Plumbing, Toilet repair/installation, Hot Water Heater, and each time, they go above an beyond to finish the job right. I know they are reliable each time. They are priced higher than other companies but the peace of mind I have when I work with them is worth it every time. I won't ever use any other plumbing company.

Chase was our plumber that came out today. 5 Stars all day. He came in, listened to our concerns, and shared so much knowledge. We actually had him come in for a 2nd opinion after being WAY over priced from another company. Chase beat their rate in half, fixed the issues and even addressed one other concern we had. Will be using Olson's for all of our plumbing/heat issues from here on out. So thankful for Chase and his professionalism!

I called Olson H&P to get a second opinion on some work we were recommended. I chose Olson, because my dear friend’s father had worked for them for something like 40 years. I was advised by the sales lady, however, to find someone else as their trip fee was high. I agreed to think it over and hung up. Two weeks later I called back and asked to be put on the schedule, but apparently the scheduler has to do that, so I was put on a list to be called back. It’s been 4-5 weeks of crickets So then I tried to call a manager and speak to him about the mismanagement and rude people in his company, but he’s just like the rest, apparently, because I never got a call back. If this is how they run their company, I’d stay far far FAR AWAY!

Called last week to make an appointment to have my boiler inspected and was surprised to get one scheduled so quickly! They contacted me the morning of and the tech arrived shortly after. Tony was awesome! He was very informative, and explained each step he was taking. He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service! My family has been using Olsen for years and will definitely continue to do so. Thank you!!!

Our main sewer line completely collapsed, leaving us without plumbing services for 5 days - not exactly the situation you want to find yourself in. Thankfully, Olson Plumbing came to our rescue. Emelio, Owen, and Colton were absolutely incredible throughout this whole ordeal. These guys worked tirelessly to get our home back up and running. What impressed me most was their communication - they kept us informed every step of the way about what they were doing and how long things would take. The professionalism was top-notch. Despite working on a messy sewer line collapse, they kept everything as clean as possible and treated our home with respect. The quality of their work speaks for itself - everything is running perfectly now. When you're dealing with a major plumbing emergency, you want a team that's reliable, skilled, and caring. Olson Plumbing delivered on all fronts. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone facing plumbing issues.
