I woke this morning to a non functioning heater. I called and was given an immediate appointment. The tech was prompt, polite, and worked quickly to get my system back up and running. The cost was affordable and I appreciate Javier being patient and explaining what he needed to do to get things working again. He had to leave for a part but quickly returned to get it installed. I highly recommended On Time for all your heating needs. I will be saving them for future needs. As a home owner I need a trusted and affordable company I can do business with and am so happy with the results.
Eric was amazing. We have an older unit and he was very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of our heater. He did his work very thoroughly, all at a great price! Will sure call again if I have any HVAC needs!
At 57 years old, I have never had to call a plumbing company to take care of a clogged line but had to so today, on a Saturday of course, We called 11 different companies. They either didn't answer or couldn't come out for 1 - 3 days. The two gentlemen that came out were exceptionally nice, and easy to deal with. Issue was resolved, and the charge was very reasonable. While I hope to never have to call a plumbing company again... if I do, this is the ONLY company I will call! Exceptionally impressed, and thankful!
We had Justin come out and fix our slow drain In our kitchen and put in a new faucet in our bathroom. Justin was very helpful and very efficient. He even asked how I wanted my faucets to face since I had a curved sink. We have done business with Ontime Plumbing for quite a few years and have always been pleased with their work.
On-time plumbing did an excellent job. We had a main water line break to our house. They answered out call, after hours, and then came out quickly to fix it. Without us even asking, they also fixed our sump pump drain so it would work better. They did an excellent job. We can’t thank them enough.
