Their staff were very helpful from start to finish - going through product suggestions, updating our quotes, coordinating logistics, and to the day of where a member of their team, Jacob, was on-time and helpful with the setup of all games and machines. We would love to have the team back next year for our annual holiday party!

We had an amazing experience with Ontario Inflatables! The kids had an absolute blast, and the carnival game was a huge hit with everyone. The cotton candy machine was super easy to assemble and operate - and of course, delicious! All the equipment was clean and well-presented, and delivery was right on time. The staff was professional, pleasant, and communicated clearly throughout the process. I’m very happy with the service and definitely look forward to working with them again in the future!

We rented the inflatable obstacle course from Ontario Inflatables and Event Rentals for our school's year-end funfair, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Their staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire process — from inquiry to setup and takedown.
