Such a wonderful experience with incredible, professional, warm and caring Staff. Lovely salon, huge variety of treatments from regular to extra special ones as well as a wide range of reasonably priced products. Opal Rooms has to be the very best of Beauty Spas in Liverpool if not Merseyside. My family and I have had many different treatments over the years and been thrilled with the results of all of them, especially the luxurious facials. You will be warmly welcomed and leave there feeling marvellous. It's well worth travelling to as the experts there give you good value for money and make you feel special with no pressure to rebook and genuine appreciation for your custom, so all in all the perfect experience throughout!
I’ve been going to Opal Rooms for a few years now and would highly recommend them. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and you always feel at home during your treatments. I go regularly for waxing and have also tried some of their spa treatments, all of which I’ve loved. The Environ facials are amazing and my skin feels incredible afterwards. Such a lovely team and a really friendly, relaxing environment. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Popped in a couple of weeks ago and even though I didn’t have an appointment I was warmly welcomed and given some useful advice. Made an appointment for the following week with Victoria and was immediately put at ease. The staff are lovely and the salon and treatment rooms are immaculate. I was also impressed with the care and attention to detail. During the lash tint Victoria noticed my eye was watering slightly and very quickly remedied it. Thank you. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
My second visit to opal rooms and I absolutely love it. All the ladies are brilliant but the blond hair lady I've seen twice now is absolutely amazing. I didn't have to say how I wanted my waxing done she remembered me from last time, a big thank you, your a beautiful person and make me feel so special. I highly recommend going opal rooms, you'll walk out happy and relaxed.
This was my first visit to Opal rooms, everything from the the warm welcome as soon as i opened the door to the decor and the actual treatment was just amazing!!! I felt at ease straight away, the little touches such as green tea and water waiting after my treatment to the actual massage itself was spectacular!!! The massage was amazing and I have left feeling like a different person!! I never write reviews but felt this deserved it!! My whole experience was beautiful and I will definitely be back 😊
