I was looking for a new company/person to help me with tax planning, not tax preparation. Lynnorra Phillips was referred to me by a colleague. I am SO grateful for OPTIX, and the quality service they've provided. I appreciate Lynnorra's knowledge and expertise. She's available to answer questions and discuss tax strategies for our businesses. I highly recommend OPTIX for your Tax, Accounting, Bookkeeping and Business consulting needs.

OPTIX Accounting has been my tax preparer for the past two years and must I say...they will see me again for a third and so on. The seamless process, reminders that are consistent and helpful to know the when and how, to the great communication by all staff....that is why I come back. I am out of state and had a great opportunity to find OPTIX back when I was in Detroit to help then with my taxes. Going on year two, not being in person has been a seamless process because of the easy chat feature and meeting availability to talk to your preparer, to the portal with all my documents for 24/7 access, these were best for a fully online experience with OPTIX. 10/10 would recommend this Black Business!

This is my second tax season working with Lynn and even though I left OPTIX a Google Review last year, I'm leaving another one because after a year of business bookkeeping and a second year of S-Corp and personal tax filing, I'm feeling doubly grateful for Lynn's guidance and support. Small business owners, you will NOT be disappointed working with OPTIX Accounting. Lynn is an important thought partner and resource and I'm managing a better business because of her expertise!

Working with Lynnorra and OPTIX Accounting for tax prep and submission was the BEST thing I could have ever done! She was kind, patient, professional, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it came to the ins and outs of both my personal and business taxes. I had kind of an a-typical, but not overly complicated tax situation that OPTIX helped me get a hold of and move through in order to prepare my 2023 taxes. Lynnorra was very kind and patient with me as a small business owner and she was very accessible via her client portal. She responded to my questions (there were many) thoroughly and in a timely manner. Also, I really appreciated the opportunity to work with a Black woman accountant, particularly as a woman and a Black business owner. If you want some one to sit down with you, explain proper bookkeeping and go line by line through your business financials, I can't speak to that experience because it wasn't what I was looking for. But if you want someone who is going to get your financials in shape/prepare your taxes and do so with kindness and an attention to detail, I can strongly recommend OPTIX.
