They will promise a WAY more than what they can “afford “. They will ask for your patience… payments, of course… Im sorry to inform you. Go to the smaller companies… the ones that wont “rely” on monthly payments… you might be pay more upfront… but you will have your “problem” resolved. With Orkin… be prepared to be their “partner” Forever. Trust me: there is no better explanation of their services!!! (I really wish I was wrong). 😑

Isaiah came out for my first inspection/ treatment in Orlando,FL and was very accomodating. He thoroughly explained my situation to me , was thoughtful, considerate, and not judgemental at all. My family has been using Orkin in Palm Bay, FL for years, and I'm so glad I was able to get the same kind of service and care, as they did. From the ease of not having to talk on the phone from work exhaustion, to a quick and easy appt. The service was seamless.
Very punctual, professional, informative, and patient answering all my many questions. He found more wasp nests than I thought I had, removed them all and took care of my ant problem and checked for any others. He did not overuse treatments at my request, but made sure to protect the entire perimeter of house and pool patio area. His knowledge and experience was impressive and a big relief to me.
After a couple of days increased pest activity, I finally called Orkin. When scheduling they were pleasant and understanding. Asking questions to be able to help. When the guy arrived he asked more questions, gave me a breakdown of service scheduling, and answered all of my questions.
