He sat and took time with us, and accommodated our concerns. I would recommend Mr. Dennis T. To anyone who wants their problem solved. I felt as if we had a friend help us. They responded the same day. I had called several others but could not get any appointment until after the holidays. Very happy with the service. Katarina was very friendly & professional.
Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Scheduled an appointment and gave them my credit card information and scheduled an appointment. I called them an hour after the 2-hour appointment window ended and I hadn’t heard anything. They were unable to tell me if a crew was even still out working let alone if my home would be serviced. They then told me it might be 2 days before I hear from them. If you’re looking for someone who is quick and reliable for pest management I highly recommend looking to anyone else.
Although Katie was an excellent customer service person, I didn't realize I was going to get a couple of mouse traps I could have gotten from the hardware store. A couple of holes filled (not all) no receipt, no email explaining anything that was done or future service. Although they had no problem taking my $188.00 dollars. Plus, a monthly charge.
