When we went with ORKIN we were nervous at first because the First Lady that is a costumer service rep gave an attitude when I told her I’ll call back cause I wanted to think about it. But I’m glad I called back I got a nicer lady the second time and the exterminator was great!!! We love him and he did a great job and answered all our questions before he began.

The representative was on time she even called first to let us know how far she was away which gave us planning enough time to get up and be organized. When she got here she explained to us when she was doing before she started she asked questions and then she proceeded in with the treatment very professional and friendly

Orkin’s service is terrible about letting you know when they are going to come by or when they have you scheduled. You would think you would get a week notice that it is that time for your semi annual termite inspection. But they can’t even be bothered. They just show up. And if you have a fenced in back yard with a locked gate well they only do half the job. The pest control was no better when I had them either. I’d get a call saying they were in their way. Well I need more than 20 min to make sure I’ve scheduled to be home working that day. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And no matter how many times I’ve called and complained about this nothing ever gets fixed so I just stopped. I eventually cancelled the pest control. I probably should look into a different termite company as well at this point.

My sister recommended them to me. I visited their website around 8:00 pm and they responded immediately. We scheduled the service, and they were excellent. The gentleman who came to my house, Mr. Sean, was very friendly and explained the entire process. This was my first visit, and I'm very satisfied with their service.
