I have scoliosis and many years ago my dr sent me to Tracy to help with pain. She was a great help. As I aged I returned to see Kristen on a regular basis who helps keep my pain under control. This group is fantastic. Their methods are not your typical PT and it works so much better.

I have suffered with hip and back pain for years, have been to many Orthopedic Drs. which have not helped, have had physical therapy and exercise but I should have been going to Orthopedic Physical Therapy,Inc my medical doctor told me to try them because she had a bad experience with her hip surgery and that Tracey Adler Pt,DPT,OCS,CMTPT did DRY NEEDLING on her and it was life changing. Will I must say she was so right, they have an incredible team and staff. My first dry needling was amazing, I was much more mobile I found myself able to walk up and stairs with easy. Before I could only go up and down stairs sideways it truly blew my mind. Today I had another round of dry needling and each time makes me feel more comfortable and relaxed with no pain. Days before they start the dry needling, you will be in the amazing hands of Samantha who knows all the right places to work out the kinks. I can’t say enough about how great these Physical Therapist are all of them are so talented and caring. Thank you a very Happy Patient

Tracey is phenomenal at recognizing the difference between what hurts versus what's actually wrong that's causing the issue. I tore my hamstring 12 years ago, and it's caused pain in my leg and my hip for years. I tried stretching, more exercise, less exercise...but nothing worked. Sometimes I couldn't sleep at night because of the pain in my hip. I felt like since the injury had happened so long ago, there was nothing to be done. But when I talked to Tracey, she introduced me to dry needling! After a few sessions, I could feel the difference. Now, a few months later, I went on a trip to France and was able to walk 8+ miles a day with no pain. I don't have any pain in my hip anymore, I can sleep pain-free, and my hamstring pain is much less. I kind of can't believe that after YEARS, my hip / leg pain is better!
