My 740i was leaking oil and BMW said it would cost me over $4k! I know BMWs are expensive to maintain so I was expecting it to be high… but not that high. I was referred to Oscars by my friend and I was not disappointed. They are so detailed and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. John kept in contact with me throughout the process to keep me apprised on their progress. It was super helpful and comforting knowing what was going on. They fixed the leak, engine mount, light bulb and all for half of what BMW quoted. John also made time for my X5 oil change when I couldn’t make my scheduled time! Their open and constant communication, honest and upfront pricing, flexibility and friendly customer service is the reason we will continue to bring our BMWs here. Thank you John and team!

I took my Smart car to another service shop and they were unable to fix my problem. I then took it to Oscar’s and they not only fixed it, Eric was easy to work with. Eric was professional and knowledgeable. He always kept me informed with what was going on with the progress on my car. I would recommend Osacar’s Automotive to anyone with a Smart car (or Mercedes, BMW, Mini Cooper, etc)

After trying multiple different independent shops around the valley; Eurosport, British Italian German and others. I’ve found Oscar’s to be the most rewarding. I was quoted upwards of $4,000 for timing covers and the rear differential service on my W222 which Oscar’s was able to beat in price and scheduling. Their professionalism stems further from work and communication, as an owner of multiple merc’s. They are extremely knowledgeable and are willing to share their time sourcing parts, advice, personal input on potential problems, or services recommended.

I have a Mercedes SMART car that can be difficult to find a shop that will work on it. I had a long laundry list of minor and medium-sized issues that you get with a 12-y/o car. They did a complete diagnosis, and even found a broken motor mount I was not aware of. They went over and above for me on my list, and stood behind their work when there was a problem with a part that I had provided! If you have a car that is special to you, I can’t recommend anyone more than Oscars! In fact, I plan to use them to check out a Mercedes 2-seater I am planning on buying. I trust their work, JOB WELL DONE!
