If you are considering taking a river tour - definitely do it! The views are beautiful, the guide is knowledgable, we learned a lot, saw many interesting building and gorgeous bridges. We liked it much better than the canal tour

I had a great experience! The ride features a brief talk about the history of certain buildings around downtown and Parliament and the newly reopened NCC river house. In the boat, the bottom floor features a mini bar that has a range of alcohol alcoholic, and nonalcoholic beverages as well as finger foods. The staff was really nice and very helpful. This was an amazing experience and I recommend trying it at least once.

Elode was a great guide! The trip was lovely. There are many great picture opportunities on this trip. The dock isn’t super obvious at first glance, but the customer service was quick and friendly. Overall worth a visit.

We had the best sunset cruise on the Ottawa River. The boat was comfortable and the guide was so fun and informative but also gave us time to just enjoy the views and take some photos. They also played music in the background which really added to the experience. There is a bar on board as well as washrooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ottawa for the first time. Great way to see the sights and learn about the city.

My husband, grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed our boat tour; thanks to the wonderful guide, the bartender and the captain. Well-organised and very informative. Be aware the river pathway is not walkable, due to construction. The steps down to the lock side are fine. though. And we watched some boats going through the locks. Definitely recommend for any one new to Ottawa, or just a fun trip for locals, too.
