Great experience training with Coach Adam! He manages to motivate without being pushy--although he'll certainly get you to push yourself without pushing yourself too hard. I was recovering from a back injury when I first started working with him and was amazed at how much we were able to do to strengthen my back (I'm now pain-free!) while also meeting my primary fitness goals of losing weight and getting into better shape. Don't think of hiring Coach as spending money. Think of it as investing in yourself!
I have been working with Adam and his team for 2 months. The personal training sessions have been challenging and has pushed me to my full potential. Prior to working with Adam, the founder of Own Your Fitness personal training, I was skeptical about online training. I received 10 sessions as a gift and signed up for a few workouts.
