Oxley Pest Control, Inc is the best in the buisness in my opinion. We had mice problems inside the walls of the house two years ago.They got the job done the first time no more rodents ever since. I highly recommend there services to anyone.
We had an issue with ants in our house. After trying for months to get rid of them myself I finally called Oxley. They scheduled an appointment the same week and called to verify our appointment. It’s been 2 months and haven’t had any more ants or other bugs in the house. Great customer service and even better results. Thanks Oxley
Don't waste you time or money with these guys. We had construction nearby and ended up with a rat problem. Oxley came out and talked a good game, so we committed to a year's service. They set out traps and would only come every other month to check them, disgusting. When I complained to them that my husband was doing all the work they started sending someone once a week, but it was always a different person who had no idea where the last guy set the traps. Eventually we gave up and my husband took care of the rats and we just had Oxley take care of the bi-monthly spray ($80 each time). The spray that they use isn't very good and we've had the worst year with bugs; we used to buy the stuff off the shelf and it worked much better. Our year is finally up and we get to terminate service and now they're charging me $25 for a bait box that they put in 10 months ago. They say it's because I have to purchase the box, which has a key that they refuse to give me, so useless basically. I tried talking to the office, but since my card was on file, they charged it anyway. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for service.
Nathan represents his company very well. He arrived the same day I needed him and took care of my problem. On top of his great service, I opted in on general bimonthly pest control services. I am happy with Nathan and Oxley’s services. Will recommend to all my real estate clients in Bakersfield.
Thank you Oxley Pest Control! We’ve been dealing with gnats, bugs, mosquitos, spiders, you name it, for 3 years. We live in Riverlakes so it comes with the territory. We honestly did not think there was a solution for our problem. We finally had Oxley come out and do an assessment and treatment. What a difference! Finally able to enjoy a nice time outside without being pestered. Thank you to the staff for their professionalism and overall great attitude. Highly recommend!
