My kitchen faucet suddenly died of old age on a Thursday, which made it impossible to use, and that night, I left a message at P&S Plumbing. There was no way I could get through the weekend without a functional kitchen sink and needed it replaced the next day. Bess the dispatcher returned my call bright and early. It was a horrendously busy day at the biz, and it took nearly half a day to confirm that a plumber would be able to make it to my home. But thanks to the vigilance of kindly Bess along with some good luck, Aaron and his assistant showed up -- early! -- and installed a shiny new faucet. What a relief. They were such nice people, and knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you so much, Aaron, for squeezing me in. To Bess: Your warmth and gentle humor really helped get me endure a stressful day. P&S Plumbing is so lucky to have you on staff -- you make a customer's first encounter with the biz a lovely experience. I'd call you folks for another job in a heartbeat.
Absolute lifesavers! Aaron, Mike, and Beth are the dream team. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. I was in the middle of a total nightmare situation—a sewage backup on a Friday night—and was completely panicking. First, Beth on the dispatch line was an absolute angel. She didn't just schedule the appointment; she actually talked me down when I was stressed out and made sure help was on the way immediately. Then Aaron and Mike arrived, and they were incredible. They called ahead to let me know they were coming, showed up exactly when they said they would, and were professional from the second they walked in. You can tell they work seamlessly as a team—they diagnosed the issue fast and got to work immediately. I was so impressed by how respectful they were of my home (they even took their shoes off). They fixed a major disaster quickly and efficiently. If you need a plumber who is honest, skilled, and actually cares about their customers, call them.
Why does it always happen? When you need a plumber one is never available? Well, look no further! P&S plumbing to the rescue! I was looking for same day service because I had a backup on the main pipe abs needed it unclogged. I waited a little while for Aaron to show up but really nice guys and great fast service! I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber! Thank you P&S plumbing for saving the day! 🙏🏼☺️
I almost never write reviews because service rarely meets my expectations-But today it not only met, but absolutely exceeded all expectations! I called P&S Plumbing to install a new gas range and from the first call with Beth, I was impressed. She was kind, professional, and helpful so I booked right away and I’m so glad I did. Aaron arrived the next day, on a Saturday and on time, He was incredibly personable, professional, and efficient. He was direct, honest, and even made me laugh! He went above and beyond-helping move my old stove to the curb (not even part of the job) And working efficiently so I wouldn’t be charged extra time. He could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation, but he didn’t- True integrity! Also, delivery company failed to leave the gas hook up kit I purchased, and Aaron had the foresight to pick up a gas hook up kit on his way to my place even though I had informed him that I had purchased one! If he hadn’t, I would’ve had to reschedule! Customer service, work ethic, honesty, and superior craftsmanship are alive and well at P&S plumbing thanks to Aaron and Beth! I couldn’t be happier with the service and will absolutely call them again. Highly recommend.-Look no further!
I had a Flash-O-Meter installed on my toilet, and Aaron and Mike did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, honest, and worked efficiently. On top of that, they arrived early and were incredibly friendly throughout the process. I’ll definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!
