I actually liked my doctor (Dr Gonzalez), who helped me figure out what was going on with my skin and nails. The main reason I’m taking stars off is because they gave my information to a third party vendor selling skin products and that vendor will NOT STOP CALLING ME. So I’m removing stars for the fact that they share patient contact information with third parties without consent (it’s probably hidden deep within all the disclaimers that they make you sign, but you should still be able to opt in/out). Also, the reviews that say the place is run like a factory are very true—the front desk is very cold.
Claire does an AMAZING hydrafacial. It was such a relaxing, enjoyable experience and my skin was in such great hands.
Dr. Tracy Evans did my Mohs surgery on my lip last spring and I have to say she and her entire staff have been wonderful! She did a great job, everyone has been kind and attentive, and I feel confident I am in good hands. After a few months, for cosmetic purposes, she administered a small filler and we are beginning some laser treatments. The scars are barely noticeable and getting better with each treatment. I am very happy with this practice.
Impersonal. Dr. Evans was almost distant. The place felt like a conveyor belt. First, the assistant, taking down the details of your various illnesses and medications. Then the doctor sweeps in., M sharp looking gemsis on each finger, barely touches me, shoots liquid nitrogen at my spots from a spray bottle like I’m a plant.. Next time I’m to see a PA. Didn’t much like the experience.
