Fast, inexpensive, professional service! My son somehow flattened and busted the back tire of his bike and I took it in to Pacos on a Monday morning around 11am. Not busy, many helpful employees. They helped take the bike out from the trunk and carried it back when the job was finished. The store is huge with all varieties of bikes and supplies and supplements and apparel. Their repair area looked like a bar with stools and beer on tap. Well-stocked with supplies. The tire was changed and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Parts and labor $69! Very pleased with their service and price point. Thanks Pacos!!

Every single person in Pacos Sacramento treated me in outstanding fashion. Asked the right questions, listened and worked to get both Santa Cruz Mt Bikes in top condition. They’re knowledgeable and saved me money by sending my dropper post back to Fox for a free rebuild. None of the old school arrogance that you still run into at many shops today. Go to Pacos, you will not be disappointed.Cheers, Bart

Very knowledgeable and skilled in bike care. These folks are also always friendly and easy to chat with. I was given free maintenance elsewhere but still went to these folks for component swaps and maintenance simply cause they've always done an excellent job.

Great shop, great staff! Would return 💯 percent... The crew took on my road bike that was badly in need of TLC not just same day but... right away! Mechanic was informative, skilled and friendly... While I waited for a quick tune up.., I was shown some of the fantastic vintage bikes on display. 😍 Another staffer took the time to look over some local routes that I'd planned to ride. A gem of a store! Thanks guys. 🛠️! 👊

What a great experience. Walked in, instantly felt welcomed by friendly staff, shop is clean, stocked, well organized, and has a great atmosphere. There’s a bar to watch races, wrenching on bikes, and sip a cold beverage. I never felt pressured to purchase and went home with a new bike! After searching the past couple years for a new LBS, I think I found my home! I vote with my dollars and I voted Pacos
