I’m visiting Dallas from Kansas City, MO because my Mom is in a skilled nursing rehab facility and I wanted a relaxing tan. I use to live here and they still had my name in their system! I love this Palm Beach Tan on Greenville Ave so much! It was a little pricey for one tan but the results were outstanding! I would definitely recommend!
I’ve been meaning to share a post as I have been going to Palm Beach Tan for many years and go to multiple locations depending on where I am during the week. The Palm Beach Tan on Greenville Ave., Dallas is by far the best. The staff there are professional, and this particular location is very busy. Savannah gets my shout out because she impressed me from the beginning, she remembered my name when I walked through the door and even the colors I use for my spray tan even without looking it up. That’s going above and beyond with the personal touch and getting to know the clientele. Give that girl a raise!! Thank you, Savannah, for always making my visits pleasurable. See you soon! Yvette
We have been customers of the Greenville Ave store regularly for the last few years. Savannah, the manager, has done a tremendous job maintaining a friendly staff. Savannah, Maddie and Autumn are usually there and are always very friendly. I read some of these comments and have to wonder if the negative reviews are from some of the nasty patrons my husband and I have witnessed. It is truly amazing how rude people are to these young ladies. The staff are mostly young and just trying to earn a living. Kudos to them for showing great work ethic!
I decided to pop into this location for the first time today, as I was in area, and unfortunately will not be returning. When I walked up to the check-in desk, I provided my information, and the employee tried to up-sale the highest level bed experience for a 'one time fee' (which I totally get - everyone has to make their sales quota, even if I am a higher-level package holder). When I declined the offer, she directed me to a bed, which initially did not turn on. Once the employees were aware and fixed the problem, I noticed a few things about the bed upon entering - all of the instructions were in a different language, the facial tanner would not turn down, and the bed would not turn off. When I went to the front desk to let the employees know, I was interrupted with "we are aware" a few times, and I left. I am disappointed that the employee was aware that the bed was malfunctioning on multiple fronts, and still chose to put me in this bed, when the location is the largest I have been to, with MANY beds to choose from at the time I visited the location. An unpleasant experience on multiple fronts.
I had an amazing experience today with Maddie! It’s been a very long time since I’ve tanned with Palm Beach, the store was so busy, but she made time to walk me through everything that’s changed since I last tanned. She walked me through the membership types and the differences in the beds and the lights. She also made expert recommendations on all of the products and what the benefit to me would be. She made the process so enjoyable! She’s a multitasking queen. I ended up going with the Prism membership and tons of products! Please give her my extra Thanks.
