My girlfriends and I visited the spa as a holiday gift to ourselves. From the moment I stepped in, the facilities, attention, and services were far and above my expectations. The amenities are beautiful, clean, and truly provide the space for relaxation. I highly recommend! For my service, I had a facial (Cranberry Crush Deep Cleanse and dermaplaning) - my first in many years. McKenna, my esthetician, was incredible! Not only was she kind, but she explained every step of the process, checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable, and gave her recommendations based on what she observed with my skin. I left feeling confident with my glowy smooth skin. Big thanks to McKenna, Kiera, and the rest of the Panacea team for a wonderful experience!
This is the most beautiful spa I’ve ever seen. Everything’s looks and feels absolutely luxurious. I had a facial with Lexi who was so great. She explained everything she was doing and why and gave me some great advise on products and future services. The additional amenities (sauna, steam room, cold plunge, relaxation lounge) were a nice feature and justifies the slightly higher pricing of the services. This is a great place to go if you need some quiet time to yourself, pampering and relaxation. Highly recommend
Outstanding service & exquisite space to relax. I’ve been a licensed nail tech for over 30 years; to say I am picky about my nail services would be an understatement. Today I received the BEST pedicure of my life from Hailey. Such a great experience! Her warm & friendly yet very professional attitude & attention to detail made my pedicure outstanding. Everything was exceptionally clean. Their polish line was gorgeous. No gel, a “regular polish” with beautiful colors & it honestly dried in 5 minutes. I have never been more happy & satisfied with a nail service. The amenities were also great. Everything was really clean & well cared for. The staff upfront & in the back were all smiling, friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I am already looking at dates for my next spa day!
My husband scheduled a 90 minute massage for my birthday. The massage was actually pretty good, only note is that they should definitely ask if someone wants trigger point, it was a surprise. One that I would've wanted anyway, but a surprise none the less. Some people probably would not want it. The amenities were good, but kind of cramped/crowded. Only 3-4 seats available for each (swings, chairs in the wet room with Jacuzzi and cold plunge, Himalayan salt room, eucalyptus steam room). And as the day went on, it was not as clean. Hair in the bathrooms etc. Generally enjoyed my time, very relaxing, it was a nice gift.
I've been here for eyebrow waxing and for a chocolate strawberry body wrap. I had good experiences for both. I loved the body wrap with a mini facial add on. When you buy services up to a certain amount, you have access to the amenities as well. I used the showers, hot tub, steam room and relaxation area. After a couple hours there, I felt like a new person! Great ambiance and customer service. I would highly recommend.
