Absolutely delicious yogurt ice cream! I wanted something light and simple, and the staff member recommended a cup of plain yogurt with some fruit topping. That was perfect! I will definitely be coming back here often.
*HAIR* No hair nets worn by the two female servers. Didn't think about it until after a few bites, when we found a hair in the fudge under the frozen yogurt. Long, straight, and jet black; neither me nor my friend have that color or texture. We told one of the servers. She went and got the other server that took the order. Second server had an attitude, asked the person I was with the move the cup off the counter & into the trash. He had to ask twice for a refund. No apologies; no remake. No accommodation whatsoever for a health violation. We left thoroughly disgusted and disappointed. Reply to owners: learn accountability; and then teach it to your employees. If I was a hater I'd say hope you go out of business soon. Your reply along with customer service; I know I don't have to say anything hateful. You will be your own downfall.
***Updated Review*** Switched it up on me :( I haven’t been in a couple of months; which says a lot I used to go daily. I feel nickeled and dimed to death. The prices have also increased. I recently ordered what I order always on door dash and they charged me an additional $4? It’s sad as I really loved this place initially, but I no longer feel welcomed. Previous Review: Off the heezy fosheezy Alicia made my time at paradise yogurt wonderful! I’ve ordered from here on door dash several times but this was one of the first times I went in person—In the past, I’ve ordered the San Diego açaí bowl and a Caribbean parfait (pictured below). But this time in particular, I wanted to add two more fruits to maximize flavor! Alicia was so helpful. She gave me exactly what I asked for and made it with love. She was attentive to my needs and really listened to give me exactly what I wanted. I had high expectations for the in person experience since the DoorDash has always been so good! Thanks to Alicia, Paradise Yogurt did not disappoint 🤗
This is the BEST yogurt shop in SD. I love how they always have their staples and that they change out new flavors daily. Their cookies & cream and marshmallow are my favorite outside of the chocolate custard. Go here you will not be disappointed.
My family LOVES Paradise Yogurt! This small, independently owned froyo shop has delicious flavors - my favorite is Chocolate Custard. As a sprinkle lover, I really appreciate that they layer them into my yogurt. 👌 My husband appreciates their gluten free flavors! Parking is easy, there’s plenty of seating, and the staff is super friendly. We’ve been coming here for years. Highly recommend!
