From the first bite to the last, the food was absolutely mouth-watering—flavorful, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Our guests couldn’t stop raving—everyone was over the moon with the food! The variety, the freshness, and the creativity in every course made the entire experience unforgettable. The attention to detail and the way each dish burst with flavor left us all wanting seconds (and thirds!). We used Paradox for our wedding reception bar at the Shelby Farm’s FedEx Event Center in July 2023. Paradox was able to recommend a great selection of local beers, wines and spirits and for a very reasonable price. Good experience overall!
