We trust this place so much with our babies! Another trip we were nervous to take because we are business owners and we never take trips together, but when we do, we bring our 2 youngest of our pack of 5 to PCOS! I email checking in and they respond with updates like, “the girls are eating well, playing well with others and taking advantage of the kiddie pool outside, having fun.” I pick them up and they are EXHAUSTED!! We don’t board our older pups for our own personal (health) reasons, but we know our littles are in the BEST HANDS with y’all! So, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! We had 2 of our 5 pups scheduled to go to another boarding place (one we’ve taken them to several times) BUT, we were turned away BECAUSE we got them their bordatella shot!! The other place said, NOPE, we can’t take them now, which should concern other pet owners who board at THAT place! So, I called our vet who recommended PCOS and my ONLY hesitation was that we had never been there before and now, because we were in a situation (leaving the country the next day) we needed help. Let me tell you, Ray, Pearla and Lillian were SO kind, understanding (as they require a pre visit assessment prior to boarding) and they explained that they would have to quarantine our two to assess their behavior etc. before introducing them to daycare side, which I respected and agreed with! Gotta keep everyone safe! I checked in after we arrived in mexico (as anyone who knows me, knows I do while I’m out of town) and a couple other times (helicopter mom here) and got quick responses and updates on my pups, that they were doing great, had been great with the other pups in daycare and were eating and “doing their business.” Just getting responses to my emails and/or calls put me at so much ease after the chaos that led us to PCOS! THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU, SINCERELY!! We’ve found our new boarding place going forward! Our pups (Cali and Savannah) came home smelling so good after their baths, tired from playing and happy pups! I’m definitely a worrier about my babies as they are MY BABIES! Even though I called/emailed, I appreciate the timely updates, patience and understanding I received from yall! We will be back! THANK YOU!!

When I moved to the area February 2023, I started using this daycare. They've been great. The owners and staff are very nice, and take the time to explain everything to you. But most importantly, my dog loves them. They don't have a webcam where you can watch your pet, and a lot of their services are just basic unless you do the training services. I'm perfectly fine with this, but if you're looking for special one-on-one time, spa days, etc... you'll need to go elsewhere. The prices are very reasonable, also. Currently it's $479 with tax for 20 days that don't expire. Definitely check them out.

I have been taking my lab mix to PCOS for almost a year and a half. I have full trust in the team and facility while leaving my dig under their care. My dog has been a regular in daycare and that has been such a life saver during the puppy / teen development. As someone who has works in the veterinary field I know what red flags look like in a boarding facility and OCOS has never had any for me. The staff genuinely cares for both the dogs and their owners. They’re wonderful people who love the dogs like their own. Additionally, I have never seen turnover. It’s always a good sign something is right when a team is consistent especially in pet service. 100% recommend.

Ich habe einen ziemlich anspruchsvollen Hund, der Hunde liebt, aber Fremden gegenüber scheu ist. Die Leute hier waren so wunderbar darin, mir das Gefühl zu geben, dass mein Hund in guten Händen ist. Ich nutze die Tagesbetreuung und Unterbringung seit über einem Jahr und kann sie wärmstens empfehlen! Nicht so auffällig wie barking hound next door, aber äußerst fürsorglich und preislich fair.

Meine Erfahrungen hier waren jedes Mal großartig. Das Personal ist sachkundig und freundlich, es ist sauber, aber vor allem fühlt es sich hier angenehm an. Ich fühle mich sicher, meinen Hund hier zu lassen. Sie gehen wirklich die extra Meile, um Ihnen und Ihrem Haustier entgegenzukommen. Mein Hund kommt nach Hause und duftet erstaunlich gut!
