This was my second time coming here and I was pretty disappointed. I paid for an interior clean and a seat shampoo. Tipped 20% and I wish I didn’t. All they did was maybe vacuum the carpet. My floor mats are absolutely dirty and untouched! Not to mention they did nothing in my trunk and nothing in my console. When I got my seats cleaned the first time I had to sit on plastic wrap while my seats still dried. This time, my seats were dry and I had no plastic wrap to sit on, so I’m skeptical if my seats actually got shampooed or not
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s gone downhill. I just paid $80 and it didn’t even get my car clean. It wasn’t any dirtier than it normally is. They said I could pay another $60 for a “clay removal” procedure. I even talked to a manager to see if they could just go over the hood again, but no deal. I took it home and got it clean myself. Don’t waste your time or money.
I went to Pavilions Car wash to get my truck washed and also have an oil change done along with rotating my tires. After two and half hours later I finally got my truck back. Without even leaving the parking lot I realized they hadn't rotated my tires. After confronting the front desk I was told they couldn't rotate my tire because the nuts were on too tight even though they had charged me anyway. The manager told me to bring my truck back the following day so they can try and rotate my tire and so l did. Not even kidding 3 hours later they gave me my truck back with the rims all scratched up and dented. Once again I confronted the manager about my trucks rims and his reply was "our mechanic said he talked to you and you said it was okay if he had to scratch the rims". I NEVER talked to anyone and who in their right mind would agree to devalue their vehicle. Steer clear of this place because they do not value your vehicle, or time, just the money they take from you.
I really wish I would have read the reviews before coming here again although I didn't feel I had to because they've always done a good job . I have been coming here for years and when I say years I mean years. I was so disappointed when I got in my car I got the Pavilion which I always get. My car was not extremely dirty at all it was just like a monthly wash. It's a brand new car I got it in September. I didn't mind when the prices had gone up because they're going up everywhere and you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous I will never come back here again the workers knew that they didn't do a good job because the guy stood around, I don't know if he was waiting for a tip but he was like is everything okay ? He must of seen my face. and I was just like what am I going to say? It was the vacuumed area that dropped the ball. I don't know what's going on with this place used to be awesome. I'm officially taking my money elsewhere I cannot believe this!
I've been coming here for years with all my vehicles. The last couple of times have been just okay, but today was the worst. Brought my truck in and paid for the works and an additional extra dirty fee of 20 dollars to ensure they got all the mud off. Added a tip, so the total was over 70. The windshield is covered with streaks on the inside. They did not wipe down the top of the dashboard or the passenger side of the dashboard at all. They did not do any of the vents. I have mud streaks on my mirrors. I guess it's time to find a new full service wash.
