I've used this salon a few times in the past and I was always satisfied for the most part. However, about a month ago my mom and I took our mini schnauzer for grooming. We dropped him at 10am and picked him up about 4pm. I was charged an extra fee for matting but he was still matted! His eyebrows were severly uneven and to be honest he did not smell fresh. I dont know what they did in that time frame they kept him. The worst part was that they cut his beard off! How dumb could you be to take a schnauzers beard, it's part of their identity! I was so pissed and still am that's why I'm leaving this review. I called a few times to speak to the owner without succes and I stopped in but he was not there. In all, i have concluded that the girl who groomed my dog either hates my mini schnauzer or me. There is no way you could leave a dog in the condition you left my dog and not have some hate in you. This salon gives horrible service.

I really enjoyed our services and had been taking my fur baby to be groomed for the past few years up until last year . It’s been hard to get anyone on the phone or return calls lately . I was able to secure an appointment which was scheduled for 10/10/25 . We arrived before the scheduled time and nobody was there. I left a few messages and nobody reached back out to reschedule after their no show. This has happened a before, but it’s also hard to find quality groomers so I didn’t read that much into it. Not sure what changed within the business practices, but it’s very inconsistent now. I was very happy with our groomers, but poor communication is a huge issue for me. :(

I recommend this Paw Purfect. It was easy to make an appointment. They are respectful and accommodating. Everyone was friendly and polite. My dog was treated with loving gentleness and care. The location is convenient. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.
