I would like to thank the outreach community manager, Allison. I have four dogs and two three cats. I was laid off recently and have been going through some financial troubles, Allison was able to get me the help that I needed for for me to keep my babies.

I have now lived behind this location for 2.5 yrs and have done exactly as instructed to get an appointment however; I have never been contacted and have even visited the location in person and told each time to call and use e web portal and yet not one call or email has ever been received from them. I have had three friends try and they have one difference they are not in the minority. It is extremely unlikely that all of my recorded calls over this time have been “overlooked”. I am going back with hidden camera and mic to get to the bottom of this and see why they are treating a retired vet with such ignorance. All I wanted to do was have my dog and cat serviced ie shots and claws and whatever services I can get since it is in proximity to my home but I am at a loss as to why I see many people and even one new resident behind them get appointments and yet I still get no calls. The portal that I have checked every day for two months never has any open appointments when I check yet the new neighbor was able to walk in and schedule

Friendly, timely and affordable. My cats were itching feverishly but didn't have fleas. Paws and they discovered ear mites. With the solution they prescribed gave relief to my cats immediately and life is almost back to normal..

I love the convenience of this location and the prices are soooo affordable which I appreciate. They were able to provide a fast urgent dewormer and vaccination appointment for my puppy Maestro when I first got him and he had worms. The worms came back as they warned the eggs could hatch at a later date. I emailed for another appointment and booked after receiving a response a few days later. I mistakenly went in early than the appointment date I booked by accident and they were able to accommodate me which I truly appreciate. The only reason for losing one star is because during the first appointment, I had no idea that you could bring home fleas from this facility which actually happened, and I had to go out and purchase flea products, vacuum everything, wash everything. That was scary because it was so unexpected. I would think they would have some kind of preventative measures in place to ensure new customers wouldn't experience that. I keep my puppy in a carrier instead of having him on a leash now because I am afraid of having a repeat experience. But the staff are great, I still go here and I would recommend.

Love Paws! The clinic is clean and efficient. The staff is always pleasant. It’s important to schedule appointments in advance for check ups. Don’t wait for when your furry baby’s are sick. Preventative care is so important. I just visited them for their yearly check up, one needs to go to a vet that can perform yet they cleaning because the vet noticed a little redness in her gums. She also has a small hot spot that is being treated. Office visits are $25.00 not including medication, etc. but very inexpensive. I could go to a fancy vet but I’d rather support Paws and help support a good cause! On the weekends they offer vaccinations without an appointment. I believe it costs $25.00 per animal. $10.00 for nails clipped. I would highly recommend Paws!
