Best I’ve ever used - so much better than I have experienced at chain pet stores. Good cat groomers are really difficult to come by! Doesn’t seem to stress my cat and she is SO clean and pretty after a grooming session here. Well worth the longer trip for us.
They did a wonderful job on my cat. Will be going back. I really love the way they take care of my Yoda. They are amazing.
My pug came back soooo clean, happy, and relaxed after his first spa appointment with Pawsitively Purrfect. In case you don’t believe me, I’m posting a picture to prove it. Not to mention he smelled AMAZING. We will definitely be returning!
Very disappointing experience. My cat has been to many groomers in his life and I have never had an issue or complaint about him in eight years of twice yearly lion cuts. He has even been to this place before, in April, with no issues. After the groomer called to tell me they could only do half of the job, I thought it was strange because again, never had a problem before in eight years, but figured okay, maybe he’s in a bad mood or there was a weird dog smell or something. It happens, I guess. Photo attached. I brought him back for a follow up appointment and AGAIN they were unable to finish his grooming! Not only was this terribly inconvenient as it’s not like I have all the time in the world to keep bringing my cat to the groomer, I still ended up with a cat without a complete grooming job AND they had the nerve to charge me full price! After failing to do the job not once, but twice! I don’t know if their groomer is new or inexperienced with cats or if their environment is just inhospitable to cats overall. Either way, I would NOT recommend this groomer for your cat. I will say that I’ve given this review two stars instead of one solely because the receptionist was a kind and friendly person. So maybe it’s a good spot for dogs. EDIT: well, I wrote this review immediately upon leaving the groomer. I am updating now because they didn’t close his carrier properly and he escaped during my drive home! Fortunately, as I said before he is a pretty chill cat so he curled up at my feet the whole way. See photo. Nevertheless, this is EXTREMELY dangerous and I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism from this place all around. Who doesn’t make sure the carrier is properly shut?? I have never had to double check this for a vet or groomer in my life! Unfortunately, this additional absurdity is bringing my review down to one star. I would not trust this place!
Toller Groomer und tolles Team! Ich buche immer ganz kurzfristig und sie können mich immer unterbringen, meistens am selben Tag, was total hilfreich ist! Ich habe einen Standardpudel und einen Maltipoo, und sie lassen sie niedlich aussehen. Ihr seid einfach die Besten!!
