Very disappointing experience with Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning. Their customer service is extremely poor, and their pricing is way higher than other companies offering the same services. Before calling this company, I strongly recommend checking other places. Many cleaning companies provide free pickup and free delivery, but Peace Frog seems to look for every opportunity to charge extra. They wanted to charge over $100 just for delivery and another $100 for pickup, which is unreasonable and excessive. On top of that, their actual cleaning prices are much higher compared to competitors. When I tried to discuss the pricing and ask questions, the representative was rude and dismissive. She didn’t seem interested in helping at all and basically said, “It is what it is—if you want it, you want it; if not, have a good day.” No effort to explain, no flexibility, and no respect for the customer. Customer service could be much better, and the pricing structure feels unfair. Overall, not a good experience, and I would not recommend this company.

I had a wonderful experience with Peace Frog from start to finish. Each call I made was handled with professionalism and kindness. I had several concerns about pet stains on my carpet as well as whether or not the wet carpets would present a hazard for my mobility impaired 86 yo mother. The service schedulers had suggestions for each concern. When Noel and Angel arrived they were professional, friendly and very careful. They had a solution for everything I was concerned about and they executed the plan perfectly. I also had my dryer vent cleaned for the first time and Angel went above and beyond to correct a longstanding problem there. In fact both Noel and Angel went above and beyond to take good care of my home. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I will absolutely use this service in the future.

eace Frog was amazing from start to finish! They were quick to respond, flexible, and patient when I had to reschedule multiple times. Justin was fantastic—he thoroughly explained the process, was kind and understanding even with a plumber in the way, and took great care with the work. Unlike my plumber, I knew exactly what my money was going toward, and it was absolutely worth it. I’m already planning to have him back to clean my couch! Thanks, Justin!

Justin came out today and cleaned our office for us, he cleaned all of our rugs and did it once over on the tile for us like we had asked him for. Could not recommend this company enough, everyone has been incredibly professional and Justin was incredibly kind and informative. We’ll be having Peace Frog do all of our deep carpet cleaning for our locations from now on.

Loved working with Peace Frog and was very happy with my service from Evan! I compared a lot of other cleaners before booking with them, and couldn’t be happier with service given for the value. They were able to book me next day, and the booking agent made the process easy and clear. Evan was friendly, efficient, early and EFFECTIVE! My couch looks great! He had such a dialed & impressive system and was incredibly courteous of my space. Will definitely stick with them for any future cleaning needs.
