I’ve always had good experiences. I love the selection of clothing, especially dresses, and they carry my favorite brand Ciebon. I’ll be back! Again. And again.
I use to love this store. I literally have spent thousands there, they can look it up…they have my email and probably all my receipts. Every month was new dresses that you couldn’t find anywhere. The clothes were mainly sized xs-L yet they still carrier xl. I haven’t been in a while….came in today and was sooo disappointed. Selling dresses that I know are from last spring at full price??? And most the sizes were xs-s…. A few mediums. And a few large. No extra larges at all!!! I don’t even wear that size, I’m just about being inclusive for a local business. I also noticed soo many dresses had threads and snags everywhere!!! like you can buy that from Amazon for 1/3 of the price. It use to be such an amazing boutique. I use to brag about it!!! I am finding a new boutique now, I suggest you save your time and do the same. You won’t be the individual you think you are buying from them. Their clothing is that generic and cheaply made now.
WONDERFUL customer service! After working multiple long shifts at the hospital prior to Mother's Day, I wasn't able to go by the store to get the Kendra Scott necklace I wanted to get my mom for Mother's day. I thought they were open that Sunday and I could swing by and pick it up, but after calling them I found out they were closed. The lady on the phone said not to worry and her husband would come by to help me out. I was able to get the gift I wanted and it was even wrapped beautifully. I can't thank them enough and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cute outfit!
Peacocks & Pearls hat eine so süße Atmosphäre. Man merkt wirklich, dass das Personal die Waren sorgfältig auswählt. Es gibt Optionen in verschiedenen Preisklassen und sie haben eine tolle Auswahl an Schuhen und Schmuck. Ich liebe es, dass man sowohl ein Outfit für eine Veranstaltung als auch bequeme, lässige Stücke findet. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und hat mir Stücke gezeigt, die mir gefallen würden. Ich hätte sie wahrscheinlich nicht von alleine gefunden!
Ich hatte letzte Woche jemandem ein Kompliment zu dem Schmuckstück gemacht, das er bzw. sie trug, und die Person sagte mir, dass sie es aus dieser Boutique gekauft habe. Heute hatte ich einen Moment Zeit, mich umzusehen und zu sehen, ob ich etwas Ähnliches finden könnte, das sie hatte. Als ich das Geschäft betrat, wurde ich begrüßt, aber das war's. Es gab überhaupt keinen Kundendienst, nicht einmal die Frage „Wie können wir Ihnen helfen?“ Wenn man mich nur ins Gespräch verwickelt hätte, wäre ich wahrscheinlich ein leichter Verkauf gewesen; da ich nicht nach dem konkreten Schmuckstück suchte, sondern nur nach etwas Ähnlichem. Die Kleidung und der Schmuck sind sehr hübsch, und das Einkaufskonzept dieser Boutique ist gut durchdacht. Leider macht das den Mangel an Service nicht wett.
