This office is wonderful! They took me when I had some difficulties, even though they were not my dentists. Needless to say, they are now my dentists! They are professional, kind and thorough. I am so thankful to have found Pebble Beach Dental.
I have been a patient of Pebble Beach Dental, I have had the most amazing experience, Stephanie is the office manager and I have dealt with her each time I visited the office she has assisted me in all billing questions in regards to care credit. She is VERY thorough and has been a joy to deal with, all employees are very easy to deal with. Thank you Pebble Beach Dental for all u have done. Sonia, a happy patient
Love this dentist and staff! They are super nice and really made me feel at ease. I have always been dreaded going to the dentist, but Dr. Erickson is very gentle. He doesn't try to upsell or provide services that are not necessary. Would highly recommend this dentist!
I want to start by saying Dr Erickson is amazing along with the hygienist and Michelle in the front office. Unfortunately, though I must agree with others on Yelp for the office manager Stephanie, if they got rid of her this office would be perfect. She makes you feel like you're a cheap skate or you will look like an ogre if you don't spend $5000 for a tooth and the rolling of the eyes when you use your CareCredit Card is so unprofessional. Not even sure why they accept the card anyway, she makes up the rules as she goes when you use it as a payment method. Can you use it for their non insurance plan, nope, do they offer you anything more than the 6 month free interest, nope, which is odd because they get their money, it's the customer paying the interest, can you get a receipt after paying, nope, can you use it for less than $250, nope, and to make it worse got a call the day before my appt saying if my bill was going to less than $1000 I couldn't use my card, that’s the new minimum now! So let me get this right she went from accepting the card for any amount when I first came there, bumped it to $250 and now it’s a $1000? I had to cancel my appointment that I had waited a month for since the card is what I use for medical and dental and can’t go back unless I spend over $1000, um ok. Kind of a shame since I've already spent close to $10,000 of my own money, referred over 5 people and really like Dr. Erickson but coming into an office where your already stressed about the procedures the last thing you want is to be treated like you're a peasant or a burden because you use a medical credit card but hey I guess it's all about the money. Then to top it all off, the office posted an employee spotlight on Stephanie, I gave my honest opinion and got blocked on their social media! Guess she probably runs that also, seems kind of unprofessional that a business would block someone if they valued their patients opinions. I also left several messages for Amy or one of the doctors to call me and haven't received a call back so I'm sure those got intercepted also since that's what they post if anyone has an issue. Like I said before, this is nothing against Dr. Erickson, he is amazing along with most of the staff, I truly thought I found my forever place here and finding a replacement has been very difficult but being disrespected and lied to is not acceptable and I won’t be treated that way when I am not doing anything wrong but paying a bill with a known medical card that the company accepts.
Absolutely a dream of a dentist office. The front desk employees are super sweet and the assistants and doctors are incredibly understanding of my needs. I'm a person on the spectrum and they work well with my sensitivities! 10/10 would recommend! Update 10/10/25: Just got out of a replacement filling and Dr. Erickson and JC were AMAZING and super kind! I didn't even have to be numbed and worked super efficiently! I love this place! 🪥 🦷🩵
