I have not dealt with this company directly, but I encountered one of their trucks on the road. I was tailgated by one of their drivers today after they sped up as I was signaling & entering their lane. I was also honked at more times than I could count while they were sitting behind me at a RED LIGHT. After reading other reviews, it appears this isn’t new. The extra star is for their customer service representative, who was pleasant and professional when I called.
Overall excellent. Clear communication, good selection, reasonable prices. And a special mention to the delivery drivers, who were really friendly and also really careful moving things in and out of the apartment so that they didn’t hit any walls. Much appreciated!
I've never been a customer of this place, but I had a bad interaction with one of their trucks on the road. Noticed a truck tailgating me in the city, and I was already going 60 in a 50 zone and I had cars in front and can't go faster even if I wanted. The truck tailgated me for a good 3-4 blocks. Once the other lane cleared up, the truck changed lanes and zoomed past me and was probably going 70-80kmh in a 50 zone, going downhill. Totally wreckless. I have pictures and dash cam video. It seems this company has had this issue before based on a couple other reviews. Not a good look, and I would never do business with this company based purely on this.
We got our linens, plates, and cutlery for our wedding from Pedersens. We absolutely loved the variety of color and sizes for everything so we could really customize the look. The sage plates were a bit more blue than pictured. The process of working with Pedersens was great, they were very accommodating and gave clear information for pick up! And we are so happy with how everything turned out on our special day!!
We recently rented from Pedersens for our wedding, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Rhonda was incredibly flexible and patient throughout the entire process, accommodating all of our needs. We were able to provide Rhonda a description of our vision and Rhonda worked hard to make that dream become a reality. Their team worked through some challenging home terrain without a single complaint, always maintaining a positive attitude and getting everything done efficiently. The workers were amazing, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We highly recommend Pedersens to anyone in need of reliable, friendly service for any event!
