Amazing experience, from the front desk staff to the providers, everyone was very welcoming. We are first time parents and Dr Teran-Soto took her time going over all of our questions. We needed a referral and they got back to us right away. I am very happy with the experience
I am currently looking for a pediatrician for my child who is due in a month. I found this provider and after viewing their website I called in to schedule a prenatal appointment to meet the pediatrician and discuss some questions I had. I explained to the girl who answered the phone that I would like to schedule a prenatal appointment. She asked if I meant the baby wasn't born yet? I confirmed my child wasn't born yet but I was looking to meet with a pediatrician to see if I felt their practice was a fit. The line got quiet and she came back and told me they don't do that. If I wanted I could come in for a 5 minute office tour and speak with the office manager because the Dr's are busy. When I mentioned their website in fact stated they do offer these appointments and questioned how I would know if I wanted to use them she passed me off to another lady. I again questioned how I would know if the pediatrician was a fit and how I would get my questions answered ans she just said they don't offer that. I mentioned that maybe they should remove it from their website and she said she would notify the office manager. Not sure how the office manager is equipped to discuss feeding and vaccinations of my newborn with me and in 5 minutes!
Dr. Goldberg (retired) and Dr. Lucy have been my child's pediatricians for 16 years. They are magnificent and dedicated pediatricians. They listen to you and answer all your questions about your child health. The receptionist is a lovely person and a very professional lady.
From our very first appointment, we felt so welcomed! Dr. Teran-Soto and her team have always been incredibly friendly, supportive, and attentive to anything my son needs. Nurse Labibi is always so quick to respond to my emails and provides solutions right away, we truly appreciate the care and dedication they show!
This was Emma’s last visit as she has aged out. I cannot compliment this group enough, from the office, nurses to doctors, everyone is so caring and helpful. It’s been wonderful to count on them as my children grew up. Their technology is easy to use and makes everything easier. Thank you for 14 wonderful years!!!
